The OSCE Representative on Freedom of Media Teresa Ribeiro expressed deep concern and sadness in connection with the death of two Azerbaijani journalists as a result of the undermining mines on the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, Trend reports, referring to the application.
“The tragic death of Magerrama Ibrahimova and Siraja Abyshev – a terrible news, I express my deepest condolences to their relatives and colleagues,” said Ribeiro.
Ribeiro noted that law enforcement agencies began an investigation into the case, and expressed the hope that it would provide full responsibility for the death of journalists.
