Georgia wants to contribute to the settlement of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations through inter-parliamentary efforts, said the speaker of the Georgian parliament Shalva Papuashvili, speaking at the opening ceremony of the “Ambassador-2022 conference” following the results of this year in Tbilisi.
He said that peace in the region can be joint inter -parliamentary efforts.
“In addition to the ongoing large -scale war in Ukraine, in our region (this year) there was also no peace. joint inter -parliamentary efforts with Azerbaijan and Armenia, we want to contribute to the world and stability, which are the main condition for the development of our region,” – Speaker of the parliament said.
