France will in the near future strengthen the military support of Ukraine.
This was stated by the press secretary of the Foreign Ministry of France Ann-Cler Lyandr in a video message published on the department page on Twitter.
“We provide military support. In addition to the supply of self -propelled artillery installations of Caesar and air defense systems, France was the first country to direct the AMX -10 RC tanks for defense. This assistance will be strengthened in the near future,” she said, without providing additional details.
To date, France sent Ukraine 18 Caesar SAU and two batteries of Crotale anti -aircraft complexes. The Foreign Ministry also previously reported that the first batch of AMX-10 RC tanks will arrive in Ukraine in the near future.
In December, French President Emmanuel Macron said that the republic plans to provide Kyiv in Kiev in the early 2023 Weapons and ammunition.
