Parliament is chosen in Kyrgyzstan, and special services detained suspects in state-screen

In Kyrgyzstan today at 8 am (06:00 Baku), elections of deputies of the National Parliament began.

Elections that will continue until 20:00 pass through the mixed system: 54 deputies will be elected by party lists, 36 – in single-member districts, reports TASS.

21 political parties and almost 300 candidates are claimed to place in the Supreme Legislative, which are running on single-member districts. Elections will be recognized as we consisted independently of the number of voter participation.

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov has already voted at the elections of the National Parliament deputies.

At the same time, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Marat Imankulov assured that the operational situation in Kyrgyzstan is currently under the control of law enforcement officers, there are no reasons for concern.

Imankulov said that three candidates for Kyrgyz deputies were detained, which special services are suspected of preparing for violent seizure of power.

Earlier on Friday, the state committee of the National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported that the activities of the criminal group, which planned the state revolution, was stopped by the special service, together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs. According to GNB, a group of persons planned to organize provocations and destabilize the socio-political situation in the country immediately after the elections followed by the violent seizure of power. According to investigators, the leadership of this group includes parliament deputies and former high-ranking officials.
