According to him, “In the strategic perspective, the urgent military service should change significantly, turning into mandatory military fees and exercises, which should be carried out several times during the life with a certain periodicity,” said Armenian Prime Minister.
He also added that security is the biggest challenge standing in front of Armenia.
“Experience shows that the most reliable way to ensure security is the world,” said the head of the Armenian government.
