Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan refused to sign a draft declaration of the CSTO collective security council and a project on joint measures to assist Armenia.
According to the press service of the government, speaking at the SKB CSTO SKB, Pashinyan announced the importance of “political assessment” by the organization of actions of Azerbaijan.
“… At the moment, I believe that the draft” Declaration of the SKB CSTO and about joint measures to provide assistance to the Republic of Armenia “is not well finalized, and in this form, with all respect, I am not ready to sign these documents “, – said the Prime Minister of Armenia.
