Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan freed the head of the Department of External Relations of the Prime Minister of Teschoyan Prime Minister, Interfax reports with reference to the press service of the Armenian government. The reasons for the liberation of Tashchoyan are not reported.
Earlier, the head of the Armenian opposition parliamentary faction “Honor”, the ex-director of the National Security Service of Armenia Arthur Vanetyan said that besides him, another official of the Armenian state apparatus provided an operational connection between the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. However, then Vanetyan refused to call the name of the official.
Later, Armenian media reported that the second negotiator between Nicholas Pashinyan and Ilham Aliyev was the head of the external relations of the Armenian Government of the Gracia Teschian.
