In addition, Pashinyan said that Armenia is ready for a constructive dialog for the functioning of a common gas market inside the EAEU. “As has already been repeatedly noted, the timely functioning of the general EAEU gas market in the long run will contribute to the formation of favorable and mutually beneficial conditions of trade, ensure the increase in energy security and competitiveness of the union in the international market. In this context, the Armenian side is ready for a constructive dialogue for the purpose of early achievement of consensus on unresolved issues, ”the prime minister said.

Pashinyan also advocated the consolidation of the efforts of the EAEU on food security. “Today, the need for the formation of a collective system for ensuring food security has sharply increased. I consider it an obvious need for the consolidation of the efforts of the EAEU countries in this direction,” the head of the Armenian Cabinet of Armenia noted.
