Pashinyan threatened revolution to Armenian clergy. Echmiadzin is unhappy

Director of the Information Service of the Spiritual Center of the Armenian Apostolic Church – Echmiadzin Archpriest Vagram Melikyan called the reprehensive words of I.O. Prime Minister Nikola Pashinyan, in which he threatened the revolution to Armenian clergy.

RIA Novosti writes that on Friday, speaking with the election speech in the city of Dilijan, Pashinyan stated that “if necessary, another revolution will be committed until the elite, from spiritual to political, will not bow to their people.” He also stated that these elites “not the owners, and the servants” and they want “the people lived and breathed with their permission.”

“Thoughts made by the leader of the Civil Agreement party during today’s meeting with voters in Dilijan in the framework of the election campaign, cause bewilderment and reprehensible. I regret about the unreasonable and inappropriate statements by I.O. Prime Minister who do not have Nothing in common with the realities of our lives, “Potoierey Melikyan said the publication AYSOR.AM.

According to him, Armenian clergymen at all times were and remain servants and defenders of their homeland, their people, the keepers of national-spiritual values, “incarnating the aspiration of the nation, soothing its suffering.”
