Pashinyan: We hope, with support of Russia, to establish relations with Turkey

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that Yerevan and Baku are conducting an intensive conversation on Karabakh.

“We hope for the support of the Russian Federation not only as a strategic ally of the Republic of Armenia, but also a very close partner of Azerbaijan. For Azerbaijan, this also opens up opportunities,” Pashinyan said at a plenary meeting of the Eastern Economic Forum.

He added that Armenia is striving to establish relations with Turkey with the support of Russia.

“We have already started a conversation with Turkey. We hope to establish relations with Turkey with the support of Russia,” Pashinyan said.
