The Secretary of the Council of Security of Russia Nikolai Patrushev believes that in Ukraine, the entire NATO block is fighting against the Russian Federation, who supplies Kyiv, intelligence, teaches the military and helps to plan operations.
“In fact, the NATO block is fighting against us, whose members provide the Kyiv regime with heavy weapons, ammunition, intelligence, provide training for military specialists,” said Patrushev, quoted by the Russian media.

According to Patrushev, the NATO “participate in the planning of military operations, blackmail the use of weapons of mass destruction.” That is why, according to the Secretary of the Security Council, “solving problems of denacing, demilitarization of Ukraine is a prerequisite for neutralizing threats to the security of our people and people in the liberated territories.”
In addition, Patrushev accused the United States, Great Britain and other Western countries of striving to delay the fighting in Ukraine, as well as transfer them to Russian territory. The United States is also to blame for the breakdowns of negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv, according to the Secretary of the Security Council.
