Russian mercenaries from the private military company Vagner are faced with large losses during the fighting in Ukraine, as a result of which the PMC is trying to recruit another 1,500 prisoners, the Pentagon representative told Reuters.
“Our information indicates that the Wagner PMC suffers heavy losses in Ukraine, especially, which is not surprising, among young and inexperienced fighters,” he said.
