Partial mobilization earlier on September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced. The decree on mobilization measures has already been published on the Kremlin website.
Peskov noted that the content of the seventh point of the decree on partial mobilization cannot be disclosed.
According to him, the content of the seventh point is secret and is intended exclusively for official use.
