“The inconsistent position of Ukraine does not give confidence that the negotiation process with Russia may be productive.” This was stated by the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the words of the ambassador of Ukraine to the UK Vadim Prosteko that the time to conduct negotiations between Kyiv and Moscow has passed.
Peskov also said that Kyiv was changing its position on the negotiation track with Moscow every day.
