Spokesman for Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that Russian President Vladimir Putin, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan hold a tripartite meeting, and are separately negotiated by the Foreign Minister of the three countries, Russian media writes.
“Presidents (Russia and Azerbaijan) and the Prime Minister (Armenia) talk three of them. Foreign ministers say separately,” said Peskov.
