Petition for Pashinyan’s hold to responsibility is sent to military prosecutor’s office of Armenia

“The petition for the attraction of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan as the accused is postponed.” This was stated by a representative of the relatives of the military who died during the Second Karabakh war, lawyer Vaan Ovannisyan.

According to him, the petition for the detention of the Armenian prime minister was sent from the Prosecutor General to the military prosecutor’s office.

The lawyer also said that Nikol Pashinyan was still not questioned as a suspect in the Prosecutor General of Armenia, although it was previously reported that the head of the Armenian government testified. This caused the discontent of the parents of the dead military personnel.
