Military transport aircraft of the Ministry of National Defense of Turkey have already been evacuated from Sudan by 479 people. This was announced by the head of the department of Hulushi Akar.
“Five aircraft that we used as part of the evacuation process from Sudan, performed our mission and returned to our homeland. We evacuated 479 of our citizens with these aircraft,” Akar said on the Star Haber program.
The minister added that the evacuation process is coordinated with the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
He assured that the Ministry of Defense of Turkey continues to make all the necessary efforts to export Turkish citizens from the country of the country.
