Poland will place air defense on border with Ukraine

Poland’s authorities accepted Germany’s proposal to send additional Patriot batteries to the country. They plan to place them on the border with Ukraine. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense of Poland Mariusz Blashcac on his Twitter.

“I, with satisfaction, accepted the proposal of the German Minister of Defense to place additional launcher installations in our country Patriot. During today’s telephone conversation with the German side, I will offer the system to be located on the border with Ukraine,” the minister wrote.
