Police got a job on patients with Covid-19

Azerbaijan’s internal affairs officers on April 19 in the republic were revealed and detained in public places of 7 patients with coronavirus. As in the Ministry of the Interior, police officers held an explanatory conversation with detained citizens, then delivered them home in compliance with medical procedures.

The police informed the relevant health authorities.

For 4 people, a criminal case was initiated under Article 139-1.1 (violation of anti-epidemic and quarantine regimes) of the AR criminal code. Currently, investigative actions continue.

“Once again, we ask our citizens to strictly comply with all the requirements and prohibitions arising from a special quarantine regime introduced in connection with Coronavirus,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs is noted.
