Posner left Tbilisi after protests because of his visit

Russian TV presenter Vladimir Pozner left Georgia, where the protests were held in connection with his visit, the Georgian Channel One reports.

Wednesday in Tbilisi organized protests due to the visit of the petner journalist, which arrived in the capital of Georgia to celebrate the birthday. Protesters argue that since Posner does not recognize the territorial integrity of the country, its presence is unacceptable. They surrounded the hotel’s building where Posner and his friends were initially stopped, guests were sent to the Romms Hotel Hotel in the center of Tbilisi. The protesters threw eggs the facade of the building, demanding that Posner and his comrades left the country.
