Presenter fainted during debate of candidates for premiere of Great Britain

The debate of candidates for the post of Prime Minister of Great Britain unexpectedly interrupted on Tuesday on a question about Russia. Television debate of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Liz Tracers and ex-Minister of Finance Rishi Sunak went live the TalkTV channel and on the website of The Sun.

The incident occurred during the response of the tracks. “If he [Russian President Vladimir Putin] will succeed in Ukraine, he will not stop there. He will challenge freedom and democracy,” said the Foreign Minister, but her phrase was interrupted by a roar, similar to the fall of something. The minister said “Oh my God”, after which the broadcast was interrupted. A direct video was replaced by a margin of warning about technical difficulties.

A quarter of an hour later, the TV channel explained that the reason for the cessation of broadcasting was the “medical question”. The host TalkTV assured that in the studio “everything is good” and both candidates “continue to answer the questions of people”, but the debate themselves are not shown.

According to the BBC broadcasting corporation, the cause of the incident was that the host of the program Kate McCan lost consciousness and fell.
