Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan received NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
The meeting was held on Tuesday, May 13 in the presidential complex in Ankara behind closed doors.
The negotiations were also attended by the Foreign Minister of Turkey Hakan Fidan.
