President Erdogan And British Prime Minister Starmer Discussed Bilateral Relations, Regional And Global Issues

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of Great Britain Kirmarmer.

According to the statement published by the Communications Department of the Presidential Administration, during a telephone conversation, President Erdogan and British Prime Minister Starmer discussed bilateral relations between Turkey and Great Britain, as well as regional and global issues.

During the conversation, the progress achieved on the purchase of Eurofighter aircraft was evaluated, the parties noted that the development of events in this direction will make a positive contribution to cooperation between Turkey and Great Britain.

During the conversation, President Erdogan said he was hoping for the completion of negotiations on updating the agreement on free trade between Turkey and Great Britain during this year.

President Erdogan emphasized that the humanitarian situation in the gas is difficult. It is impossible to prevent death from hunger, humanitarian aid should be provided to Gaza as soon as possible.
