President Recep Tayyip Erdogan awarded Emir Kuwait Mashal al-Ahmed al-Kabi al-Sabah with the State Order.
The presentation ceremony was held in the presidential complex in Ankara.
At the ceremony, after the execution of the state hymns of the two countries, President Erdogan presented Emir Sabah with the State Order of the Turkish Republic.
