“President of Latvia Egil Levves on Saturday discussed with the Ukrainian counterpart Vladimir Zelensky military assistance to the republic and other Western countries in Ukraine,” the office of President Latvia reported.
In turn, Zelensky thanked Latvia for his contribution to the strengthening of Ukraine’s defense capability. For its part, Levves confirmed that Riga will continue to do everything possible in the field of military assistance, as well as to advocate other members of NATO significantly strengthened the help of Ukraine.
The presidents also discussed other issues of political and humanitarian support.
