The economy of Belarus copes in conditions of pressure from the “unfriendly states”.
This is the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, taking a report on the work of the banking system and the measures taken to support foreign trade, the press service of the head of state reports.
“As the results in the economy show in the last year, in a difficult environment related to pressure from the western unfriendly states to Belarus, the economy copes. So, the government cope with the National Bank,” the head of state noted.

Lukashenko attracted attention to problems in the credit and financial sphere in the country. “The economy is the priority of priorities. All financial activities should be subordinated to the interests of the economy. Whatever it costs us. This is the main thing. Otherwise, why such a financial system,” the Belarusian leader emphasized.
The head of state also drew attention to the issue of assistance to business entities in conducting calculations with foreign partners.

The President also said that in the future, the pricing control system will only intensify, and such a task is set to the government.
“We want to develop a harmonious system of monitoring pricing. Someone may not like it, someone does not. But I have made the decision, and it is subject to execution,” the head of state added.
