President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov signed the Law “On Ratification of the Agreement between Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan on the junction of the state borders of the three states, signed on March 31, 2025 in the city of Khujand”.
This was reported by the press service of the head of state.
The law was adopted by Jogorku Kenesh Kyrgyz Republic June 25, 2025.
The purpose of the law is to fulfill domestic procedures, in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic “On International Treaty of the Kyrgyz Republic” and “On the Rules of the Jogorku Kenesh Kr”.
March 31, the presidents of Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan Emomali Rahmon, Sadyr Zhaparov and Shavkat Mirziyoyev at a meeting in Khujand signed an agreement on the point of joint of state border. The junction of the borders is located in the Ferghana Valley and connects the Sogdian (Tajikistan), Ferghana (Uzbekistan) and the Batken regions (Kyrgyzstan).
