The Head of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rustem Minnikhanov awarded the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zheparov “The State Order of Friendship”.
According to the press service of the President of Kyrgyzstan, the meeting of Zhaparov and Minnikhanov took place in the capital of Tatarstan Kazan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of deepening and expanding bilateral cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Tatarstan.
Leaders decided to conduct joint days of culture in 2024 and 2025 for the further development of bilateral relations.
President Zhaparov congratulated Minnikhanov on the successful holding of the I international sports tournament “Game of the Future” in Kazan.
In turn, Minnikhanov presented to Zhaparov “State Order of Friendship” for special merits in strengthening the international authority of Tatarstan.
“Let this high reward become a symbol of the unshakable friendship between Kyrgyzstan, Tatarstan and the Russian Federation,” Zhaparov said.
