The Mongolian leader spoke about the preparation for the 17th session of the conference of the parties to the UN Convention on Woning, which will be held in 2026 in Ulan Bator.
The President confirmed Mongolia’s commitment to active cooperation with the UN to achieve significant results, including through the strengthening of the country’s participation in peacekeeping operations. Guterres, in turn, highly appreciated the contribution of Mongolia to the UN peacekeeping missions and its efforts in the fight against global degradation of land and climate change.
