President Of Russian Federation Noted Importance Of An Agreement On Economic Partnership Of EAEU With UAE

Russian President Vladimir Putin, as part of a visit to Minsk, met with Crown Prince Abu Dabi, chairman of the executive council of Emirate Haled Muhammad Al Nahayan.

According to the Kremlin’s press service, Putin’s meeting with the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi took place in the fields of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

“Today an agreement on economic partnership between the Evdrazes and the united Arab emirates, which provides for the abolition of 85 percent of duties, customs positions by a large number of commodity nomenclature. And this will certainly contribute to harmonization and further expansion of our trade and economic ties,” Putin said.

Agreement on the economic partnership of the Eurasian Economic Union with the UAE and a temporary trade agreement with Mongolia was signed in a solemn setting at the EAEU summit in Minsk.

Earlier about the upcoming meeting of Putin with Crown Prince Abu Dabi, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov reported.
