President Of Russian Federation Putin Invited Kyiv To Resume Direct Negotiations On May 15 In Istanbul

Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed to renew direct negotiations without preliminary conditions next Thursday, May 15 in Istanbul.

The Russian leader during a press conference in Moscow said that tomorrow he will talk with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and ask to provide the opportunity to hold Russian-Ukrainian negotiations in Turkey.

Putin also noted the role of Turkey in the organization of Russian-Ukrainian negotiations.

the Russian Federation never refused dialogue with Ukraine, the Russian leader said and did not rule out the arrest on the ceasefire during negotiations with Kiev.
