At the beginning of the meeting, President Erdogan thanked Biden for a phone call with congratulations on the re -election and added: “I believe that now the time has come for consultations at the level of heads of state as part of the strategic mechanism. At the meeting of Erdogan and Bayden from the Turkish side were attended by Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Minister of National Defense Yashar Guler, head of the National Intelligence Organization Ibrahim Kalyn, the head of the Communications Department Fakhrettin Altun, the head of the defense industry Khaluk Gergun and the main adviser to the president, the ambassador Akif Chagatai Kylych.
