Tbilisi attaches great importance to economic cooperation with China, as well as partnership with Europe and the USA, and will make all the necessary efforts to further strengthen the binding function of the country. This was announced on the air of local television by Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobahidze.
According to him, serious steps will continue to use the Georgian authorities in order to maximize the potential that the country has.
“We connected the West and East, Europe and Asia, and from this point of view, our role is still very important. However, our main task is to further strengthen this role in the interests of our country,” said Kobakhidze.
The prime minister noted that large investments are invested in road and railway infrastructure, ports and airports.
Kobahidze indicated that Georgia connects seven states with the sea, and therefore, with Europe and the West, and the authorities should fully use this potential and deepen cooperation with these countries.
“In this context, economic cooperation with China, as well as partnership with Europe and the USA in the economic sphere. In all these areas, we will do our best to strengthen the so -called ligament function of our country,” said Kobakhidze.
