The growth of the Kyrgyz economy in the first quarter of 2024 amounted to 8.8 percent, excluding the Kumtor deposit – 9.8 percent. This was announced by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers – Head of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Akylbek Zhaparov, Kabar reports.
According to him, this indicator indicates the effectiveness of a policy of accelerating the pace of development led by President Sadyr Zhaparov.
