Procurement at inflated prices will be resolutely suppressed. Public-private partnerships will continue to be encouraged. The Cabinet of Ministers will ensure the timely and full implementation of all instructions of the President, adopted as a program of activities. Deep reforms carried out under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev will further increase the economic power of Azerbaijan.
