The classic project management module was developed by the Cubics team as a flexible kanban, however, the updated project management module with a completely new design looks completely different.
After creating the stages of management, you can control hundreds of projects and distribute your resources in the most effective way. And it is visually very beautiful. All stages for projects are painted in one color, which makes management even more effective. Since you know the capabilities of employees and you can clearly see what your team is doing, you can complete the work at the appointed time or even earlier. If there are delay, the stage will be marked with a red flag, which will allow the authorities to intervene in time and help solve difficulties.
In the updated design, the creation of the stages is super -free: you just need to draw a rectangle in an empty space, and Cubics BMS will automatically add the next stage to the project management calendar. You can also drag these rectangles, and the system will change the start and end date of the selected stage.
Filtering of the stages gives exceptional management information about the current status of specific processes. You can choose any stage and see how effective these processes are for your projects.
