The founder of the channel in YouTube “Channel 13” Aziz Obodzhev was warned by the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan.
It is reported that in violation of the requirements of the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic “On Information, Informatization and Protection of Information” and “On National Security” on the YouTube channel, entitled “Canal 13”, videos were posted in which the founder of Aziz Orujev causes damage to the business reputation of Azerbaijani Army, and also throws a shadow to work carried out in the direction of strengthening the state’s defense capacity.
In accordance with Article 22 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On the Prosecutor’s Office,” Aziz Obodzhev was announced a warning. After warning, this information was deleted from the channel.
