The Prosecutor General’s Office of Azerbaijan announced the detaining of a man who, introduced by a journalist, extorted money from officials.
It is reported that the General Directorate for Combating Corruption under the General Prosecutor conducted operational-search activities on the basis of information received due to the fact that Hajiyev Bayram Nazim Oglu, introducing a journalist, demanded from the Director of the Health Institution a certain amount for Remove from pages “Sizintv.az” and “Vətəndaş Bayram Hacıyev” registered with them in the “Facebook” and video platform “YouTube”, unreliable information about it and no longer distribute such publications.
