According to the Investigated General Prosecutor’s Office of the criminal case, information was received on the crimes committed by Armenian Armed Forces against the civilian population in the village of Basholbel Kelbajar district, and the burial places of bodies were brutally killed.
According to the press service of the department, today the staff of the General Prosecutor’s Office together with representatives of other relevant state bodies began searching for the detection of the remains of those killed.
The Prosecutor General’s Office stated that the public will be provided with detailed information on the results of the investigative actions carried out under this criminal case.
On the instructions of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, intensive investigative operational activities are held, aimed at full and comprehensive investigation of such crimes.
Recall that in 1993, during the first war in Nagorno-Karabakh, Armenian armed forces committed a massive murder of civilians of Azerbaijan in the village of Basholbel Kelbajar district of Azerbaijan.
