The Prosecutor General’s Office of Armenia appealed against the decision of the court of general jurisdiction of Yerevan on the termination of criminal prosecution against the former President of Robert Kocharian and other former officials in the case on March 1.
As the TASS reports, this on Thursday reported the local newspaper “Armenian Time” Press Secretary of the Office Argers Khachatryan.
“The Prosecutor General’s Office appealed against the decision of the court on the termination of criminal prosecution against Robert Kocharyan, Seyran Yoganyan, Yuri Khachaturova and Armen Gevorkyan, who were held as accused on March 1,” she said.
