The Office of the Prosecutor General made an appeal on the decision of the court to apply the preventive measure in the form of a personal obligation to the fifth president of Ukraine of Peter Poroshenko, in the case of the illegal supply of coal from the ERD, reports “Ukrainian Pravda”.
Prosecutors will insist on the use of relatively suspected preventive measure in the form of detention with an alternative to deposit in the amount of 1 billion UAH (about $ 35 million).
