The State Service for Antimonopoly Control and Supervision of the Consumer Market under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan appealed to the Prosecutor General’s Office due to a serious violation of legislation during public procurement, the department said.
“During the analysis of the final protocols received by the civil service from various public structures, reasonable suspicions were revealed regarding the falsification of documents presented on behalf of some government agencies to participate in open tenders through electronic procurement,” the report said.
In particular, violations were identified by Alfa 99 Corp LLC, branch No. 10 LLC ALOV Mühafizə, LLC Ağ NAFTALAN, Archimed, Azbiodinamika, Azərenerji Təchizat, Branso Line, Buta Service Group, CFR 22 Corp, Echo, Echo 22 CORP, ECHO, ECHOM Mətbəə Poliqrafiya, Gold Planet LT, Kaspian Standart, Qlobus AZXX Kompany, Qlobal 18 Corp, LM Holdinq-L, Mahdi Nema, Marz, Montela ABC, Orlondo 22 Corp, Rəbunə, Star – 08 LT, Şəhriyar Təmir Tikinti, T-Delta Group LT, TeXNOMAKS, branch No. 8 LLC Vətən-n mühafizə xidməti, LLC Vesta Group, Zırfe Tim Corp.
