The 16th meeting of the Azerbaijani-Turkish high-level military dialogue between the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan and the General Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces took place in Baku. This is stated in the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
The delegations were headed by Lieutenant Generals Azer Aliyev and Ali Osman Yurdagul.
Azer Aliyev noted that military cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey, based on the principles of brotherhood and friendship, is developing dynamically.
Ali Osman Yurdagul, in turn, indicated that the meetings are making a significant contribution to the exchange of experience between the two armies.
During the meeting, the current state of work carried out within the framework of cooperation in the military, military-technical and other fields was reviewed.
Widespread discussions and exchange of views were held on the prospects, directions for the development of military ties between Azerbaijan and Turkey, as well as on other topics of mutual interest.
