Twenty people were detained during the Saturday protests in London, the Scotland Yard reported in RIA news.
“At the moment, 26 people were detained due to various offenses, including the attack on police and violation of the rules of peaceful protest. In one case, the woman was detained on suspicion of possession of the weapon after a knife was found,” the knife was found in Metropolitan police report.
“The police operation continues, so that the total number of detainees is likely to increase. Ten policemen were injured during the operation, none of the injuries are not serious,” the statement is noted.
