Russian President Vladimir Putin sent Azerbaijan to the first vice president of Azerbaijan Aliyeva Congratulatory letter on the occasion of her birthday, Azertja reports.
The letter notes that Mehriban Aliyeva makes a “great personal contribution to the strengthening of relations between our states, which this year reached a new level of allied”.
“I am convinced that constructive bilateral ties in many areas, the friendship of our peoples will continue to strengthen. I wish you, dear Mehriban Arifovna, good health, happiness, prosperity and success.
