“Military position is introduced in the country by law by decree of the head of state in the event of external aggression. There are currently no such in Russia.” This opinion was expressed by Russian President Vladimir Putin on TV channel “Russia 24”.
The Russian leader noted that a particular position is introduced in the situation of large-scale internal threats, and the emergency regime can use regional or in the territory of the entire state in the case of natural disasters.
