Russian President Vladimir Putin asked the chapter of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov to transfer Hi Chechen fighters participating in special operation in Ukraine, RIA Novosti reports.
“Thank you, Ramzan. Thanks. Guys Hi to pass,” said the head of the Russian state after the speech of Kadyrov at the meeting on socio-economic support of the subjects of Russia.
