Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded the 64th Brigade Honorary title of “Guards” for “Exemplary Actions” during the “Special Military Operation”. Information about this is posted on the portal of government documents of the Russian Federation with Putin Decree.
“For mass heroism and courage, durability and courage, manifested by the personal team in hostilities on the protection of the Fatherland and state interests in the conditions of armed conflicts,” says Putin’s decree.
The leader of Russia signed a decree on the assignment of the honorary title of the 64th separate motorized rifle brigade after it was brought from Kiev region.
“Ukrainian True” notes that the Brigade is a division in the 35 combined-army of the Eastern Military District and is deployed in the Khabarovsk Territory and she participated in the seizure and atrocities committed in Bucha.
