Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed deep condolences to the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in connection with the consequences of a powerful earthquake, the Kremlin press service said.
Russia is ready to provide the necessary assistance to eliminate the consequences of the earthquake in Turkey, Putin noted.
