Putin has not yet accepted Ambassador Armenia

It has passed 8 months since Vagarshak Harutyunyan was appointed Armenia Ambassador to the Russian Federation, but he still has not transferred his Agriman to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, writes Graparak.

In diplomatic circles, the newspaper writes, there is an opinion that in this way the President of the Russian Federation demonstrates his “special” attitude to the Prime Minister of Armenia and the ambassador appointed by him, to which the Russian official circles are very unhappy.

There is another version according to which this process is artificially delayed by the authorities of Armenia, which are dissatisfied with the activities of Harutyunyan as the ambassador and are going to find another candidate for this position.

“In Yerevan, from the RA Embassy in the Russian Federation, information was received that Vagarshak Harutyunyan during closed meetings in Moscow more than once stated that he had no connection with Nikol Pashinyan, that he was a pro-Russian figure and did not agree with the conducted Prime Minister of Armenia Policy, ”writes the newspaper.
